Pregnancy massage is a great gift to yourself and your body. The pain, heaviness, muscle tension and occasional tightness throughout the pregnancy is normal and it is also normal to look after your body during this precious time. There are so many things to do, so much energy required to prepare for your bub’s arrival where the mum-to-be often neglects or forgets to look after themselves.
Couples Massage Packages Include
The couples massage treatment consists of either Relaxation or Deep Tissue massage. Whether you like your massages light or deep, we customise the full body massage at the pressure you can handle and enjoy. You can choose from 60, 90 and 120 minutes.
Relaxation and Deep Tissue full body massages are great to relieve the tension, pain and possible anxiety we all face on a day-to-day, but wouldn’t it be even better if you share that with your loved one?
The treatment is performed in our specially designed couple’s room – it is spacious and clean, but intimate enough to hear your partner snore throughout their treatment!!!
Qualified massage Therapists
A group of qualified massage therapists, acupuncturist, physiotherapist and reception team excited to journey with you and your embarkment on looking after yourself, maintaining your well-being or just pampering yourself as a reward.
Enjoy the day spa like atmosphere with your loved one (whether it is your partner, family member or friend) and continue with the restoration and relaxation with your choice of hot organic loose leaf tea after the treatment. We have many clients after the treatment who don’t want to leave! Retreat Massage & Wellness would like for you to have the same experience.
Hot stone massage, aromatherapy and pregnancy massage can be implemented in the couples massage with an extra fee – please ask our reception team about it.
If you are organising the couples massage to celebrate a special day – we also can arrange afternoon tea for $29 pp – must book 48 hours prior to appointment and must confirm any dietary requirements.

Other than the occasional snoring from your partner, our couple’s massage is performed in our specially designed couple’s room, which your choice of either Relaxation or Deep Tissue Massage. After the treatment you will be served with your choice of organic loose leaf tea.
Unless you are coming from a nice brunch, you are more than welcome to arrive in your usual/casual attire – the clients will undress for the massage.
