Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage is a common massage performed at day spas on the Gold Coast that you can experience at Retreat Massage & Wellness. Hot stones are an add-on to any body massage; however, we highly recommend this add-on with our relaxation massage. The gentle and long flowy techniques will make you feel like a million dollars.
The benefits of hot stone massage include relief of muscle tension/spasms, reduction in anxiety and stress, improve blood circulation and promote better sleep.
The Retreat Special Package is a combination of a body massage (75 min or 90 min) or face and body (90 min and 120 min).
Make your treatment extra special with hot stones or even a customised aroma therapy massage.
The benefits of ear candling include relieving headaches, improve mental clarity and heaviness, remove wax and other debris in the ear canal. Head massage helps improve the blood circulation and relieves the stress and tension from migraines and daily stress.
Did you know we use our hands and feet more than we know? We put so much pressure, weight and repetitively use them we forget to give them a bit of tender loving care, which is why reflexology is important. Reflexology improve sleep, improves digestion as well as reduce pain in back and legs.

The Retreat Special package can be either 60, 90 and 120mins.
60mins is 45 mins body massage and one choice of reflexology, ear candling and head massage.
90mins is 60 mins body massage and two choices of either reflexology, ear candling and head massage.
120mins is 75 mins body massage and all three of reflexology, ear candling and head massage.
If it is your first time, please arrive 10-15 mins prior to your appointment so you have enough time to complete the client intake form.
